Creating an Exhibitor Offer

Creating an Offer

An exhibitor offer is a private collection (or single item) product(s) provided for an organization to purchase for your event.  These are most useful when you want to allow registration for your event prior to when the public offering goes live or if you have private tiers of registration that you don't show to the public.  For example, you may have your partners or sponsors at a private tier that is both provided before the public offering and not displayed on your public page.  In that case you would create an offer and send those organizations a direct link at the time you intend to allow them to register.  A private link is generated for each offer created.

Start creating an Offer by clicking "Add Offer".

Give the Offer an understandable name and description to explain to your constituents.

Products in Offer

Next enter the products that could be in the offer.  If you select a Default Quantity then that quantity is not required (it defaults that item to be selected).  Select other options that could be (but not required) selected by the exhibitor.
