Managing Exhibitors

This is your central nervous system for event exhibitor management.  This page will display the following items:

  • Registration Items
    • Exhibitor Items - assigned by the title you give to a-la-cart items or packages
    • Purchased - how many of these have been purchased currently
    • Reserved - how many of these are reserved (you as an event admin can reserve booths for organizations, this is noted here)
    • Maximum Available - this displays a quantity max if set
    • Quantity Left - this depends on the maximum available quantity and displays how many are left in inventory 
    • Revenue - this displays revenue by item
    • Totals - each column runs a summary total
  • Search Area
    • Search Fields - search by organization name and/or order number
    • Export - export your entire exhibitor list of organizations and associated information 
  • Exhibitor Directory
    • Sort - click the Organization, Order #, Date, or Status to sort the directory
    • Organization Name - view name and click on name to view confirmation (image below)
    • Booth - displays their selected booth location 
    • Level - displays their purchase product level
    • Order - displays link to their order number (image below)
    • Date - when organization purchased item
    • Status - the current status of this transaction
    • Actions - quick actions for registrations (View Confirmation, Approve, Decline, Cancel, or Refund)

Registration Confirmation

Each registration will generate a confirmation for your exhibitor registrants.  Clicking on the organization name from this page will display their registration confirmation (provided to the exhibitor at the time of registration completion and accessible via their profile).  This confirmation outlines the payment with options to view the receipt and to purchase tickets for exhibitor booth representatives.

Order Confirmation

The Order confirmation displays the billing data and status of an exhibitor registration.  There is a drop down option on this page to approve exhibitor, resend their confirmation, or issue a refund.
