Looking Up a Member's Financial Inquiry

How do I look up a financial inquiry?

Inevitably you will find yourself looking up specific financial injuries from your members.  Make sure you have the right information from them in order to properly find what you're looking for in the system.  It's good to ask them for what they were trying to do and any links if they might have one.  Confirmation numbers and purchase dates are great to have for reference as well.

Where best to start?

The best place to start is looking in your community financial log to do a general search and verify the payment has been made in your community.  You may also want to validate this in Stripe.

Event Financial Inquiries

Events have two major types of financial transactions - individual registrations and exhibitor registrations.  You can view all of your orders under the Finance tab of an event.  Here you can view all orders and search by order number or name.

The attendee registration tab provides a log of all individual registrants for your event and the tools to view more details and manage refunds.

The exhibitor registration tab provides data on your exhibitors and their various purchases along with tools to view details, manage refunds, and view associated individuals per exhibitor registration.
