Make Your Site Look Great - Branding
Once you login to your Cause Machine account, click the profile icon in the top right corner. In the drop down menu, click "Mission Control" under Community. Click "Finish Setup" at the bottom of the left margin of your screen in Mission Control.
The Finish Your Community Setup page will appear with a checklist of items to complete:
"Make Your Site Look Great" links to the "Design" page found under Settings
Within the Design page section "Logo & Imagery," upload image files as listed below:
- Under "Community Logo," upload an image file, preferably png. This will be present in the top left throughout the platform. Take into consideration how the background color of the header navigation bar will impact the logo.
- Under "Community Cover Photo", upload a photo to display at the top of your homepage.
- Under "Community Favicon," upload a square jpg or png image of your logo. This small icon will appear next to the URL in the navigation bar of an internet browser.
Within the Design page section "Site Colors," select colors that are displayed throughout your platform. To select a color either manually insert the color value digits, or maneuver the mouse over the color palette to select a color. To select the platform's default colors, leaving a section blank.
Within the Design page section "Site Fonts," select the Google-powered fonts that are displayed throughout your platform. The right side will display an example of text. It is recommended to save changes before previewing your design choices.
