Email Sender Personalization

You can personalize emails sent through the Email Sender in Cause Machine by using specialized merge tags. Simply insert the merge tags into your emails and they will be replaced with the personalized information of that recipient when the email is sent.

Global Tags

All emails sent through the Email Sender support the first name and last name merge tags:

{FirstName} - Recipient's first name
{LastName} - Recipient's last name

Event Specific Tags

For events, following additional fields are also available:

{TicketUrl} - Link to attendee's ticket
{EventName} - Name of this event
{EventDates} - Dates this event will be held. For example: March 8 - 10, 2020
{EventDateAndTimes} - Date and times for this event. For example: March 8 2020 10:00am - March 10, 2020 4:00pm
{EventUrl} - Url to this event
{EventRegisterUrl} - Url to register as an attendee for this event
