In the process of setting up your event, one of the first things you will want to do is to set up the schedule. This is important because it builds the framework for everything that you will need to fill in - class times, break times, meal times, etc. Once you build this framework, you will be able to then load your class sessions, meals, etc. into these timeframes.
Under the Activity Management section, you will click on Schedule. From there, you will click on the green Add Time Block button. Once you have added all of your time blocks, they will appear here in a list to show you your entire event schedule.
When you begin the process of adding a time block, you will want to name it appropriately, because it will show up in the Schedule of your main event page (unless you choose to make that block hidden). You then simply add your time and date, and it will populate on the main page of your event. These time blocks will also populate in the other sections of Activity Management such as Speakers, Sessions, Meetings and Meals. You can easily plug your speakers, classes, meals, and meetings into these set time frames.
