Each subdomain organization has the ability to send emails (scheduled or ad hoc) to their audience. The email sender is a powerful tool to stay connected to your audience and continue to engage them in the vision.
Step 1 - Access Organization Management Pages
Access your organization dashboard. Look for the Quick Actions areas of your dashboard and click on the Send an Email to Members quick link.
Step 2 - Management Page (Edit or Create Now)
Your email management page will display previous email campaigns and allow you to easily draft a new email.
Step 3 - Draft Email
Once you are in the email sender, draft your email.
Note: we always recommend you send yourself a test email before sending to your list!
Step 4 - Schedule or Send
You can schedule your email for a future release or have it send immediately.
Tip!
Consider writing a drip email series a few times a year to nurture your audience. It doesn’t have to be long... perhaps just a 4 part email series to educate your members.
