Step 1 - General Information
Begin by entering the general information for your content post - Title, Content Type (article, files, video, audio), Description, File Upload, Video Link, Excerpt, Availability Date Range, Reach, and Settings.
Step 2 - Downloads
Attach any additional files for your content resource. For example, you could have a blog posting that is referencing a number of PDFs.
Step 3 - Tagging
Tag the item of content with all relevant community tags for greater recommendations to individuals.
Step 4 - Publish
Publish your content.
Step 5 - Respond
Stay engaged with community members as they comment on your content resources (you’ll receive alerts as people comment).
Tip!
Content is best when it’s consistent. Consider setting a calendar notice to post 1-2 pieces of content a month.
