Assigning booths on behalf of an Exhibitor is something that an Organization is able to do. Select the booth and click Assign.
If the Organization is already a member, you can select them from the dropdown menu and enter their information. If they are not, select your Organization and Reserve Booth.
Use the link to provided on the next page to set up a private product for the Exhibitor.
