Send a Message (Email)

Communicating with your audience is vital - that's why Cause Machine has made it so simple to send messages to your members. 


From Mission Control, you'll want to navigate to Members. From there, click on Email Sender.

Message Sender allows you to easily communicate with your audience by applying filters such as audience, gender, age range, membership levels, tags, or even exclude groups based on whether or not they have registered for an event.

Once you've got your audience set, add your Subject line and begin the body of the email. You have a full range of color and style options to choose from. If you would like to add an image or graphic to your email, click on the image box. You will see a box pop up:

Click on the Upload button, choose your file, and then click Send it to the Server. This will take you back to the Image Info tab, where you can then manipulate the size to fit in the email the way you want it to. You may have to play around with the dimensions to get it just how you want it.

Once you have completed the body of the email, you can select when you want the email to be sent and you can even send yourself a test email to make sure it looks just how you want it to.
