Updating a Credit Card on file associated with an Organization Membership Account (updating Billing)


Organization admins can update payment information for their accounts at any time.  Follow these steps to update your credit card info.  Start by clicking your photo in the top right corner and then selecting Billing.

NOTE: this article is for organization memberships and not individual memberships.

Once you are looking at Account Billing, select Update Card.



Input the Updated payment information and select Save Changes. This will take affect your next payment cycle. 



*Note-If you have input a payment method unintentionally and need it removed from your account, this will need to be done on the backend. Please submit a support ticket for this.
