When Content is sent out or a Weekly Digest, you will notice that it shows where the content came from (the Organization's Name). If you have Organizations enabled on your plan and use Organization Pages, this area will be a link that users can click on and it will take them to that piece of content.
If you do not have Organizations enabled on your plan you will not have the ability to link out this way to your content. The Organization's Name will only appear as text. Don't worry though, you can still access the content by clicking on the image regardless of you plan.
This same logic applies to the Content on the page itself. Where an Organization's Name appears, if there is a linked Organization Page this will allow the user to click on the Organization's Name and be directed there. If the community does not have Organizations enabled, the Organization's Name will appear as text only.
