Attendee Offers are essentially private registration avenues for your attendees. These are primarily used when (1) you have a registration tier for a special group of individuals that you do not want to display in your public registration offering or, (2) you want to offer registration to a certain group prior to when it opens publicly on your event site.
Begin by clicking the "Add Offer" button.
Building the Offer
Give the offer a name and description that make sense to you and would make sense to those you would be inviting into the registration.
Select what products are available in the offer. You can optionally enter a default quantity. We recommend leaving the quantity field blank unless you have a reason to set a default quantity.
Click the "Add Offer" when you are finished. A popup will display a URL link for this special offer when you complete building the offer.
Inviting and Managing an Offer
Each offer produces a unique URL that you can send to your private group (or individual). Those individuals will walk through registration just like a typical attendee but they will have access to a tier that others cannot see. You can view all your offers on this page, check their status, see what's included, and archive if needed.
